After a 20-year career at multinationals like Unilever, ASML, KPN and NXP in multiple director and VP of HR roles, Marque took on the role of Managing Partner of Evolvere. At Evolvere he leverages his broad and deep expertise for Evolvere’s clients. His programmes are valued for their high quality and impact. Marque is available for assignments in all aspects of leadership, team and organisation development. From strategic consulting, executive coaching, facilitator of teams, leading training programmes to interim management. Soon after graduation, Kim became very aware that people are essential to getting things done within organisations. To know where people stand can connect you with the daily reality of the organisation.
Kim became fascinated by the development of people’s effectiveness and removing possible barriers. Kim deepened and broadened her knowledge and skills in this area, and she found that there is no standard recipe for development. The challenge is to do exactly what is needed. This makes the development of organisations and people a fantastic journey for her. It is the perfect outlet for her creativity. Kim specialises in designing development programmes from a high level to detailed, and from the operational to the executive level. Kim has designed cultural development interventions, interventions for leadership development and team journeys for large multinational organisations. She can tune in to the needs of the organization very quickly and transform this into an impactful design. Kim is known to be decisive, as well as people- and result-oriented. Besides being a passionate developer of people, Kim is Managing Partner of Evolvere.
Tanja has more than 10 years of experience as an organisational advisor. Her biggest motivation is keeping everybody involved in the bigger whole. She has worked with public-sector as well as private-sector organisations. Her expertise is mainly related to financial and organisational processes. She has played a crucial role in building new organisations and professionalizing existing ones. Since the start of 2017, she has been part of the relatively young organization Evolvere, serving as both controller and consultant. In her free time she teaches and practices yoga.
The career of our office assistant varies from small to large companies, both locally and internationally oriented. Originally from the Amsterdam-area Nienke feels at home in ’s-Hertogenbosch since 2003. With her direct no-nonsense approach, language skills and eye for detail, she is complementary to our team. She is an enthusiastic and modest colleague who is very dedicated to her colleagues as well as to our customers. Nienke is obviously a people person and finds joy in the various aspects of her private life: her family, going to (pop)concerts, playing tennis, hiking and taking her bike to the office whenever possible.
